thought they had changed the AGE can, but I guess it makes more sense that the can on the right is just the backside of the Baby Diamonds can...

Yeah the AGE are printed cans, so no changing that design anytime soon.

What are people's thoughts on how long AGE cans have stayed tasty?

The high ABV def helps preserve the beer a lot longer than the single hop series. I've had AGE cans at around ~40 days and they tasted fine. The heat mellows out a lot.

The single hops last a good amount of time as well. I just enjoyed an El Dorado that was as good as its fresh brothers.

Nice! Yeah I know some people who held onto some to the single hops too long and got floaters.

    I drink mine too fast!

No. Just saw they added it to beer menus.

Had Baby Diamonds last night... Right when it hits your mouth u get almost all the green diamonds flavors but after that it basically vaporizes. I'll say the body is decent for a session IPA but it's still a little watery. Truthfully Forever Ever is a better session (has the body and more mouthfeel to hold it together). That said, BD is nice, very "sessionable" beer. No need to get up before the rooster for it though (I don't think any beer is...). But I'm a jaded local so take that for what it is.

I go back and forth on Green Diamonds, sometimes I love it, other times it is too boozy and harsh for me. Wish they could find a middle between GD and BD.

Exactly how I feel. They need a DIPA somewhere between Hop Showers and Green Diamonds in that magic 8% abv range.

Interesting. Some please correct me if i'm wrong. Did they just take the GD recipe and scale it down? That tends to never work for session beers because it looses a lot of body most sessions need to be built from the ground up to get the proper body and mouth feel.

Disappointed about the later time and lower limits. Oh well.

I'm cool with the lower limits, but the later time is kind of a pain. I like to be able to get there around 11 after the line dies down and get in and out before noon. Starting at noon really cuts into the day.

Probably going to head in, but may get there around 1-1:30 to miss the initial rush.

Any place walking distance nearby that opens around 11-12 and will have Tesseract? Or should I just rely on Beermenu's and @Kanger 's map?

Untappd is your friend when it comes to seeing what beers are being drank and where.

Really kind of peeved as a regular from the beginning that Sam didn't call me and ask when would be the best time to release cans on Saturday. He's really fucking up my weekend. To everyone who says you can get a growler of these beers any day of the week, that's not the point.

Ha, why confused? I never max out my allotment (usually do 2 of each), so I don't mind the limits. But a 2 hour later start time puts it more squarely in the middle of the day, and I prefer to be back home before noon. It's not a big deal though, whatever works best for OH - just keep making great beer!
