Sorry I've been non existent. I've been very busy at work this season already with my job as a "pharmacist". I got a big smile on my face while catching up on this thread but then I got a super worried face too. Be gentle @Mipper. Even though I can't follow instructions. Maybe it's because I can't remember them.

Aside #1: While your list is long, that doesn't mean that I won't be able to tickle your palette with interesting beers you've never tasted, and I like that.

I had a box of 12 filled with nothing but stouts for my target. I plan on switching a few out with a few sours. If my target "likes" this then "life" will be great. With your colder weather you might get "snowed in" as well.
