Are you talking about the Green Flash brewery they're currently building in VA Beach which is not brewing any beer yet?

When I was there around 6 they still had stacks of it, maybe 7 or 8 cases. They were also having a tasting event with Union's founder until 8, and there were a lot of people there, so I don't know how much sold during the rest of that. But they also had it on tap, along with Snow Pants 2013 & 2014, and 2015 cans. About to hit my growler of DD any moment now...

The above link is the thread that will have the information somewhere within it. Excuse me for not really wanting to go back and find the exact post, but if you work you're way back from the most recent page you'll get there. There was a lot of confusion nationally and a lot of people that work at Alpine chimed in. Alpine brewed out west stays out west unless there is some sort of special occasion and the kegs somehow come from Cali. Everything we've been getting in stores and on draft is happening because of Green Flash setting up their East Coast 'Alpine' operation. What Churchkey gets to what we get in Bottles is coming from Green Flash's East Coast operation. I forget the exact city.

Do you try to sound like a prick or does it just come natural? Clearly an unfinished facility is NOT where these kegs came from. I was just trying to help clarify for jacewg that these kegs are indeed not from San Diego. Thanks for doing your thing though.

Wow, no need to call names.
I'm not aware of anywhere in the world that Green Flash brews Green Flash OR Alpine beers outside of San Diego. Please enlighten me as to where this mystery East Coast Green Flash brewery is.

Name calling? When you ask a loaded question you're the one being unkind.

As I stated earlier I DO NOT KNOW where the Green Flash facility is. The point that I was making, and that I am aware of is that Green Flash brewed @jacewg keg. Not Alpine. Not some empty facility clearly. It appears to be in San Diego. Great.

My point was Green Flash brewed it. We both get to be right, how novel.

Originally your point was that it was brewed on the east coast, and then when you turned out to be wrong after calling a guy a dick, your point changed to it was brewed by Green Flash, which everyone already knows.

Can we get back on the topic of beer hunting in DC/NOVA/MD? Too much fighting on this thread lately.

On draft at City Taphouse. Must admit I didn't really care for it. Not in the same universe as CBS.

Anyone have any information on the release of Blue Monday from Bluejacket today? I would like to get some bottles but also want to watch college football and maybe head over later in the day. I think I remember BA Mexican radio lasted quite a while, so I would imagine this would as well, but don't know anything about bottle count etc.

Not really fair to compare the two. Totally different styles. But to each his own.

First time it was released it was 1 bottle per and sold out later in the day or that night. They didnt have any left on Sunday at open. Second time it was released it was 2 per and lasted a little over a week. Dont know how the bottle counts compare to what they are releasing today. My guess is there should be some left later in the day but your guess is as good as mine.

DCBeer's twitter says Churchkey, Birch and Barley, Iron Gate, Partisan, Red Apron UM, and GBD will each have one different beer on tap. Churchkey tweeted that they will have HopHands, I haven't heard anything else.

Canton Crossing in Baltimore had about four bottles of Agrestic left on the shelf as of about 11:00 am today. About $17/bottle, though.
