I am brewing my contribution for this little fandango.

I am shooting for Westmalle Tripel with two different pitching rates. Just have to pick up a pump so I effectivley get down to pitching temperatures.

Who else is getting their brewing on?

Kegged 10g of Imp Porter destined for a bourbon barrel, a citrusy IPA (SWMBO's second brew), a german hefe yesterday. This weekend need to sort out gose/berliner experiment and keg half of it (leaving the berliner with lacto for a few more weeks).

Next week's brew should be an interesting one too - going to do a sour mash Gose with Sumac and Bergamot for this: Beers Made By Walking

Kolsch and Dusseldorf alt. Seems like I just made these two, but that can't be true, as I'm just about out. :sunglasses:

Bottling and kegging evening for me. Going to bottle 5gal Apfelwein and 5gal Hydromel and then keg a Blueberry Hefeweizen. Freeing up two 5gal carboys and one 6.5gal carboy... Have 3 brews on deck: Milk Stout to be bottled with cranberry extract, IPA (to fill my IPA keg when kicked) and Indian Brown Ale to fill the Blueberry Hefe keg when kicked.

May brew a RIS, aiming for ~12% ABV using HB42's recipe. Will age some of it on Forty Creek rye soaked oak cubes... Maybe use the second runnings for a small stout.

All my kegs are full right now, I need to bottle the sour I have and kick a couple before I get back to brewing small beers...

I brewed a slightly hoppy Kolsch 2 weeks ago, Sunday I'll brew a Dusseldorf Sticke Alt to rack onto the yeast cake. That will be half my lineup for this year's Oktoberfest.

    Brewery has been busy lately...
7/7/1 - 10 gallon APA (kicked the first keg this week)
7/21 - 5 gallon Apollo Belgian Pale Ale, hit the tap this week...almost carbed up
7/29 - 5 gallon West Coast Rya Amber Ale - kegged yesterday
8/4 - 5 Gallon DIPA (brewed to compete in the Nordeast Big River HB Comp.), maybe kegging this weekend to be cold crashed for the dry hop session.
Also, will be brewing 10 gallons of my Minnesota Mild tomorrow, five of which is going to a fundraiser event for our local Farmers Market.

Happy to have full kegs again

Bottling my attempt at a Flanders Red this evening. It's been fermenting for two years, although at one year it was a little acetic so I did a little blending.

Kegging... two 5 gallon batches of Saison, one with ECY Saison Brasserie and the other with WY3724. 5 gallons of milk stout into 2.5 gallon kegs, each to be cold dry beaned with coffee.

Bottling a 6 pack of milk stout for a comp, dosing remainder of keg with Chai spices & vanilla tincture, then bottling 6 pack, rest goes to Craft Beer Crawl.

Dry hopping... 10 gallons of Galaxy/Pacifica/Sorachi IPA and 5 gallons of Apollo/Great Western Pale Malt (+ cornsugar) DIPA (The dankest beer I've ever made, tastes like Evil Cousin).

Topping up my Cabernet barrel Flanders with some non-barrel aged Flander's from a bucket (Barrel needs more acetic acid).

Thankfully no more comps of interest this year, and getting very close to thesis writing (e.g. no brewing).
