    From KOMO:
"After almost two years of construction Optimism Brewing opens today on Capitol Hill. The massive brewery offers space for hundreds of people, a dozen taps and welcomes dogs and children. The brewery does not offer food, but allows you to bring in take out and will have a rotating food truck."

While I don't have a dog to bring, I am looking forward to checking it out  Looks like they put an incredible amount of effort into the facility! Impressive!

EDIT: Original thread on speculation here. Should I delete this thread now that it's confirmed?

Same! Hoping to get some reports in the coming week. Better be somewhat good considering how much money they had to put into the equipment

i stopped by yesterday. everything is a quality offering, but they are making super classic styles right now and nothing groundbreaking. i know holy mountain and cloudburst are recent breweries who just hit the ground running with killer beers, but optimism seems like it's gonna take some time to dial in what their market is.

the place is huge. it's got to be the biggest brewery in the city.
