Thought the same thing - did a double take when I saw an early check-in on untappd yesterday.

Does that mean city deliveries only? Westchester?

Definitely one of the coolest can designs I've seen in some time.

Hops and Hocks has Cloudbusting limit 1pp $8. Looks like they received two cases and the majority remains.

$8 a can? This should be fun.

    $8 a can isn't a bad price, at a bar.

This is why I'm waiting until Grimm can either up their production or open a brewery. Their IPAs are fantastic but the price gouging/chasing is getting old...

Don't blame you one bit. The gouging especially... Best price I found last time(tesseract) was $18 before tax at a distributor, and while even that is a little high(for me at least), I'll pay it. $8 a can not so much, so though I'm sure they will sell out regardless.

Yeah, $8 a can is absurd.

I mean, $18 for a 4-pack is really rather reasonable for what it is. Seems in line with other NY IPAs - AGE is $20 a 4-pack at the brewery, Singlecut 16oz bottles are $7, etc. But yea, $8 a can is too much.

To be fair Hops & Hocks has maintained this price point and limit through the 4 can releases. It does not mean that other places will not be doing 4 packs for $18.

Gotcha - I've never been to Hop & Hocks so I'm not really familiar with their pricing. If that's what they typically mark stuff up though, I probably won't go there anytime soon.
