Any Successful Mint Chocolate Beers

    I recall it having a rather earthy flavor of mint to go will a nice, chocolatey stout. will certainly grab it if i see it again...

    Mokka munt is incredible, one of the better smelling beers ive had in a while

    Two Brothers had a nice Christmas Peppermint Porter, and Flying Dog did a nice Chocolate Mint Stout. Both were bottled, but I don't know about availability of either anymore.

    Highland brewing did a small batch of their oatmeal porter with mint. It real supprised me how much I enjoyed it. Like other have referenced, it tasted like a liquid thin mint.

    Even worse, it's not just 22oz, but, in a 750 ml bottle, 25.36oz. Perennial's 17 is not a bad beer, by any means, but it is a mint-bomb, and a real chore to take on solo. If you find yourself with a bottle, do yourself a favor by splitting it at least 3-ways. And with friends who really enjoy York's Peppermint Patties.

    This was the most successful one I tried and from review notes I loved it. Perfect balance of sweet chocolate and peppermint cream like york peppermint patty bliss. Wish they would brew it or put it in bottles.

    Mint Girl Stout from Orlando Brewing is pretty good. Drinks more like a porter and is 100% organic. Worth a try.

    Closest I have ever gotten to a mint beer that I enjoyed was Mint Abduction by Pipeworks.

    Mountain Sun's Girl Scout Stout has been a local Denver/Boulder fave for as long as I can remember.
    They don't brew it all that much, but it's usually on tap for a good chunk of February (Stout Month).

    Pipeworks Mint Abduction and Perennial 17 are both excellent IMO.

    I've prob had 6 or so "Mint Stouts", but as others have said, Odd Side Ales Mokka Munt is INCREDIBLE!!! Def the best I've had!

    Odd Side Java Chip Mint is pretty good too. Witch's Hat Bourbon Barrel Mint Chocolate Chip Night Fury was also incredible! Dark Horse put out a nice peppermint stout at their 4 Elf Party a year or two ago.
