FYI little miss whiskeys on H St is serving bottles of 2013 KBS

 

there was a 2, a 9 and another 9 involved. got it at Connecticut Ave; there was a label on the shelf at Calvert Woodley for the same price but they were all sold out. Both places had already sold out of the 12 year (sub out the '2' with a '3' for the price on that one).

 

Jesus, the level of gouging that goes on w Pappy is worse than BCBS

 

Someone just posted on a local beer group that Abraxas is now available at TW - McLean.......along with BBGBS

 

Abraxas is literally on the shelf at TW Alexandria. Apparently no limits.

Was there a lot of the BB GBS?

 

The Abraxas was all gone at Total Wine McLean around 9:30am. As soon as they said "no limit" I picked up some for friends. The BB GBS is one per customer and they had like 7 or 8 cases so you should be able to get some easily.

I called Westover and they have not gotten any Abraxas yet, and said they would either today (before lunch) or tomorrow. I'm guessing they only got a case (12 bottles) as well.

No limit on Abraxas but 1 pp BB GBS when Trader Joe's and Whole Foods normally have pallets? Crazy. No wonder I couldn't get any when I drove over to TW-Mclean at 10:15.

 

Yeah I imagine there will be plenty of BBGBS going around.. Look at how much Hardywood jacked up regular GBS over last year

 

K-1 had abraxas? nothing posted on their FB.

 

Yeah nowadays if they post it's too late (see any firestone walker). I called them on a whim after striking out at TW Alexandria and K-1 said they were out.

 

Arrowine - bb gbs gone. Abraxas friday.

 

WF Clarendon - bb gbs delivery today by 3pm.

 

also, WF Clarendon says they are getting Abraxas tomorrow. I know the TJ Clarendon Hardywood deliveries are wednesdays.
