    Had HopHands at CK Sunday. Was pretty underwhelmed. Tried Ocelot's Planets Align yesterday at WF Arlington and thought it blew HopHands away.

    Wow, really? I've only had it once or twice awhile back, and I thought it was way better than I remembered. Not that you're wrong, just wondering what you didn't like about it? It's pretty much just what I look for in a Pale/lighter IPA.

    I thought Planets Align was terrible and I've liked most of what I've had by Ocelot. You should also keep in mind that it's a 6.7% IPA and Hophands is a 4% Pale so not really comparable.

    I was in around 11:30--the beer guy was just putting it up on the shelves. It looked like they only had 1 (6 bottle) case, so I figured it would go fast.

    HopHands is TH's house/starter APA. It's not trying to be Heady Topper. Not surprised an aggressive IPA from a good brewery like Ocelot blew it away.

    FW distribution in DC and WF foggy bottom are both complete mysteries to me. I was in the store without seeing the original post, but got a XIX, and weirdly, a Helldorado. Where has that been hiding all these months? I heard the FW stuff was gone by 1:40 yesterday.
