Well this ALMOST narrowed it down to one person (pnelting), but revisiting some previous hints, some poor research on the Eagles led me to rule out someone else that I shouldn't have.

 

I could be way off, but I think the Texas boxes are coming from @jschott75 @Doogflaggat and @LehighAce06
