Alright you horndogs, I've got some pron for you! As you all thought, @Greeny87's box made impact with my porch today. Reading back on the clues, i should have guessed him earlier, but i was going more off of process of elimination and couldn't eliminate as many of you as in past rounds before my box arrived. I don't pay all that much attention to football, so I kind of brushed the football based clues aside - more of a hockey guy. First off - HUGE BOX! Utilized the box within the box approach to really ensure safe arrival. Next, the @Mipper pillow, as promised. Excited to keep this fun traveling packing item going! Now to beer! First up - a cool wine style glass from Pizza Boy as swag #1, accompanied by a proper 32oz crowler of Bene Gene (none of this 750ml MN crowler garbage, right @JNForsyth??), which I assume is from Pizza Boy as well. The glass should be especially good for Pizza Boy sours, which I have a few on the way in another trade. Next - swag #2 - another cool stemmed glass from Forest and Maine accompanied by Solaire Reserve and Waiting for Low. I've traded with Andrew before and he sent me Forest and Maine, which I enjoyed, so I'm excited for these two. Non-swag related bottles/cans Other Half - Simcoe - New tick from an awesome brewery. Glad to be the be the recipient of the fruits of Andrew's line waiting. Other Half - Hop Showers - had it once before and am happy to revisit! Dock Street - some type of IPA, can't tell b/c the label ripped, but this will be a new brewery for me Tired Hands - Sticky Drippy Crystals - I think Andrew was the sender of my other tired hands bottle, pumped to get another. This is probably the most intriguing beer in the box for me - brewed with honey and fermented in oak. The name and label really paint a fun picture. The family shot And based of this post, it sounds like there is another box headed my way at some point with the 3rd piece of swag? Awesome! Really cool box Andrew! Hit the nail on the glasswear too, been looking to try to diversify and get more stems.
Cool! Glad the glasses arrived safely. The Dock Street is a Rye IPA from my bremaster buddy. And the bean dream is from pizza boy as you guessed. Enjoy!
#VBS from @Greeny87 Putting my new glasses to use and sharing with the GF. Foam explosion/overflow as soon as I opened ha. Just a tiny touch dry and a twinge of Hops very late. Much smoother and less dry than I was expecting, a nice farmhouse!
