    Huge thank you to @EddieB23 for beer geek Xmas! I was able to get a lot of really cool things! The event was well organized and fun! Still can't believe that cork says 2008 on it :wink:

    Both (plus Pompeii) were in Hudson this weekend, if you're anywhere on the eastern side of the Cities, it's not a terrible drive. I've seen Blackout Stout a lot of places, including even my local Lunds/Byerlys, so it shouldn't be tough to find in most good shops.

    I was number 2 in line. @mothman was number 1. I grabbed only three bottles though: 2011 darkness, Bramble Rye, and a Surly Four.

    Pompeii should be hitting most places this week. At Heritage this morning, they had it and told me that it just delivered yesterday.

    The event was awesome this morning, well run. Cool to check out a new store and get some awesome beer and get to sample Five on tap! Plus those warm doughnuts from the bakery next door at 6 am were killer.

    Sorry I disappointed some of you there by not being as hot in person as my avatar picture. When I shave my beard down to a mustache, I'll be sure to snap a selfie and update my picture so I look more like a fat creep.

    Blackout Stout is at Marshall Liquor. I don't think this years CW BB stout has made it across the border yet.

    Managed to get just a couple vintage bottles of BCBS and BW at Beer Geek Christmas this morning. Got there about 7:20 and they ran out of Bourbon County just a few minutes after I got mine when they opened. I imagine that the 5pm opening will be even crazier as I heard there will less bottles than the morning. I also got some Westy 12 which I missed out on the first time it came here.

    Picked up some Pam at TW Bloomington yesterday evening - had about 6-7 left on the shelf. No idea if they had more in back.
