BCBS in Austin 2015

They getting rare or just reg bcbs?

 

Only HEBs got Rare.

 

Only heb I heard had rare thus far has been mueller and then escarpment this morning. Is anyone else expected to receive it or has already?

 

I hit up Parmer/Mcneil and Mopac/Parmer last night and they had zilch. The former had a decent amount of other good beers last weekend but they're halfway gone now.

 

Any word on when the delayed variants will be released?

 

So Coffee and Barleywine showed up at HEB Mueller and Round Rock today.

 

Saw Mueller on Twitter but not RR. Source?

Also, no mention on Regal that I've seen.

 

Round Rock said no, but Mueller did have it. They had about a case of each left when I left about 20 minutes ago. Don't know if they had more in the back.

 

HEB 620/Anderson Mill, not round rock. Bad information.

 

Cool. Maybe I will be able to get some this week before I have to head out of town.

I highly doubt it was Volente HEB (Anderson Mill/620). I live over there and called about it. They didn't know what the hell I was talking about.

Their beer department is pretty weak compared to Lakeline or 620/2222 and don't get much of anything limited from my experience.

 

Friend of mine picked up Barleywine at that location (Anderson Mill/620) yesterday, they were out of coffee.

 

Ok thanks. I guess I should give them more credit. Tbh, I don't even try to find stuff there due to the lack of an informed beer manager.

Anyone asked about other specs locations? How much regal is there out at Brodie? Looking to land a bottle

 

Hard to say. They had them at the checkout. I would guess about 2 cases of each were on display. It's entirely possible that they had more elsewhere. Limit 1 per variant per person.

 

I stopped by the Brodie Specs at lunch. Had all three at one variant per person as well. Charged $20 for the Regal which I wasn't aware of.
