Liquor Barrel in New Brighton had some on Tuesday; they were on the floor and not yet put on display. Not sure if they're still there...

 

What's the latest bottling of Pseudo Sue. All that I have seen in the west metro is 10/2 and the shelves are bare.

 

Morning session or afternoon? Wait, don't answer. I don't want to know that it was under my nose and I just didn't find it.

 

That is the one, right next to Theresa's. It was discussed back a few pages, they joined Liquor Barrel to take advantage of better pricing.

 

I got one at Rapids liquor a little while ago. Not sure if they still have them, but they probably do.

10/23-10/26 i believe is the latest. they did bombers as well, with a later date, but we didnt see those.

Yeah, I really thought I'd get it too. I am not complaining with Bramble, but I thought the OG rare would be waiting on that table. But really, getting the chance to buy a bramble at retail is pretty amazing and the fact that this event exists is awesome. I don't want to sound whiny at all, because I am very thankful that I was able to get some really awesome items.

I hear ya, I really wanted the Bramble, but got "stuck" with a Vanilla Rye at retail, hahaha. Great event, my 3rd or 4th year going and there is always amazing beers available. Cheers to Ed being one of the best beers guys in town!

Nope. Perennial doesn't distribute in MN unfortunately.

 

Damn, I guess my only option is to find an employee to blow for a pour someday. Ohh well, I've done more degrading things for beer...maybe.

 

Evil Twin Molotov Heavy (17.2% ABV DIPA) is in bombers only; $17.99 a whack. Tournament Liquor in Blaine had a few left (in the cooler; right hand side) as of about 8:00pm. I passed (lightweight; in alcohol tolerance and wallet size).

They also had plenty of Vanilla Bean Buffalo Sweat. I also passed.

Yet I got a sixer of "The Big Friendly" earlier this week...what is wrong with me?

 

Pretty sure Eagle Liquor in Lino has it.

 

This was my 2nd or 3rd year and had a great time as always. It's fun meeting a lot of the guys on here in the lines and drinking beers with them. Settling for VR at retail is still pretty incredible. That is a very fine beer.
