Damn FIBS and their fantastic beer selection grumble grumble grumble... End of January/beginning of February I will be making a trip up to the Chi-Town suburbs (Orland Park area with a possible trip into the city). Would love to get some of dem #WhaleHandShakes while I'm there! Also, the hook-up on any events I can't miss would be appreciated.

 

Whether there is an event or not...we'll just make an event. Looking forward to your visit!

Skimmed through about 10 pages... pretty damn good week for the Locals. Sorry I've been really absent lately - I have been completely swamped at work working on a (hopefully) epic project.

@PG2G / @UcDru - boxes are almost done, need to find some time and a place with Hop Venom! Everything else is nicely wrapped up. I'm really sorry for the delay!

I can finally enjoy some beer tonight but gotta work all weekend.

Of course a big play on words. There's a beer from Lost Car brewery and Lost Phone brewer. There also a beer with the word boobie in it. Haha boobie! Also the note has "LOSE" in parenthesis, lol. What's in the growler?!

On a serious note Andrew, I'm not worried about Casey. If I tick zero Casey during the 12 DoX you won't hear a peep from me. It's about the connections and friendships made. Try me. Don't send any Casey and I'll be happy with our games.

 

This is the best thing that has ever happened.

 

On Wednesday my family of 3 grew to be a family of 4. Baby Tyler was born, and wasted NO time. From waking up to baby born, 47 minutes !!! We didn't make it to the hospital. Paramedics arrived with minutes to spare, and he was born on the kitchen floor, what a story for Christmas !! I am just thankful that we didn't end up driving, there was a 4 car pileup on the highway into Pittsburgh, so.. I could have been delivering a baby on the side of the road !!!!

So, I've been planning my intro to the locals LIF for a few weeks.
First to guess baby Tyler's birth weight will get a box of some Pittsburgh goodies.

 

Wow, what a story. Congratulations to you and your family. I'm going to guess that the new baby boy weighed in at 7lbs 14oz.
