I just read that Founder's beer will be available at Cincinnati Reds games this year. The Reds have been good the past couple of years and now they are getting really good beer to enjoy while you sit at the ball park!

If this is true I will be at most of the games this year. I might even try to get season tickets

I can almost bet it'll be "Red's Rye" eh? Ha ha! SPECTACULAR BEER!
Hey, being from Michigan, I wanted to ask you out of staters, what the price is there for Founders. I can go into Founders and usually pick up a 4 or 6er for about $10. Is that about the going rate even out of state? If my question within a topic bothers you, I'll remove it. Just tell me and I'll remove it. THANKS!

Pretty close, usually about 11-12 bucks for a four or six pack.

Blasphemy! The Reds are going to serve a beer from Michigan in the stadium? Hudy's not good enough?

Oh, forget it, I'll probably drink several Founders when I get to my one game a year. But I'll hate myself for it.

    GO REDS!!!

I saw the Facebook post by Founders. Disappointingly hop forward menu.
Centennial, Pale, and All Day ipa. I was upset at the lack of Red's Rye being that it is my favorite Founders 6er, and because the name is fitting.
Luckily I am a Cubs fan and have never been and hopefully never will travel to Cincinnati.
p.s. Paul that sounds about right for what I have seen in IL, IN, and WI.

I drank quite a few Centennial IPAs at GABP in the Scout seats last year. They were $7 for a 12oz bottle the last 2 seasons. Hopefully they have Founders available in more places than Scout and Diamond seats though. Good post Steve, Go Redlegs!

I'm guessing it will be CBS

Given stadium mark-ups, CBS would end up being about $20 for a 6oz pour!

Too funny dude man, Yeah, either CBS or KBS I'm sure... Ha ha! I can't believe you won't get Red's Rye, the play on words is PERFECT! Oh well, Centennial is STELLAR!
Thanks for the price info, good they don't mark it up much!

I had no idea they had any Founders at GABP?!? Maybe I should splurge on the Scout seats for a game this year? Or perhaps I will get lucky I will see some of it in the cheap seats as well.

They won't be serving KBS or CBS at the GABP - you can only find it on shelves in quantities in KY.

My wife's company has scout seats so over the last few years I have been very fortunate to watch a LOT of games from them. The scout area has it's own bar area. Things they've had in the last couple of years..... Moerlein stuff, Rivertown stuff, Mt Carmel stuff, Centennial IPA, Dry Hopped Pale Ale, Magic Hat #9, GLBC Burning River, Elliot Ness, and Dortmunder, 21st Amendment Brew Free or Die and Hell or High Watermelon etc. They actually have a really nice selection.

On a side note, in Lakeland, FL, Detroit Tigers' spring training games have a Bell's Brewery stand. Two Hearted, Oberon, Amber Ale. $7.50. And that's each. They threw in CC Jai Alai and Maduro Brown. Nice selection. Craft beer is popping up everywhere. BTW, I watched for a while, and there were a lot of customers, most of them not sure what they were looking at. Most all chose the Amber Ale. I think the attendant chose for them. I chose Two Hearted.

I hate to admit it, cause he's my favorite player of all time, but Barry Larkin was a Wolverine.

I know I've seen it somewhere on here before but I can't seem to search it out but what section is Founder's offered in at GABP? I'll be there this weekend and I want to drink something good.

Its not just a founders section. They also have Bells Two hearted and Oberon! But surprisingly they had a crap load of All Day ipa that i was smashing like there was no tomorrow! You can find this wonderful spot behind the left field seating area bottom level! Cheers! And go reds!
