I can see the regular sitting for a bit with the 50% increase in cost from last year.

In the spirit of being an advocate, regal rye is on tap at Brass Tap RR. Get some.

    8.50 + tax for a full snifter.

Much better than $23 for a 16 oz bottle.

I went for lunch also (thanks @mindswoop) and they were talking about getting Coffee on thursday. The taplist in general is pretty great if you happen to be in the area. They had '15 BW right now also.

Whole Foods Lamar has Regal Rye, Coffee, Barleywine and Reg on tap for those interested. Coffee tasting as great as ever!

It was nice to get to try the coffee in it's full form.

I had the Regal Rye at Flying Saucer yesterday. It was super sweet/rich but delicious. Easily superior to the regular BCBS I had tried earlier.

I really enjoyed all of them, big thanks to @smb for the heads up!

I really enjoyed Regal Rye too and all the variants (esp Coffee), but I'm the opposite. I feel like the original is the best. Excluding the Barleywine, the variants are just the original with adjuncts added.

I may need to try Barleywine on tap. I focused on Coffee at Whole Foods. I had Regal in a bottle and didn't care for it. I picked up on the salt right away and that's all I got from it after that, I was doomed. Probably the only person that didn't particularly like it.

The Rye on tap was outstanding! It was super sweet and rich. I didn't get any saltiness at all.

I didn't really get much of the saltiness either, and I probably wouldn't have minded either way. I'm a salty kind'a guy
