I enjoyed Higher Math a lot. I thought the flavor profile was spot on for what it was supposed to be. It was like biting into a chocolate cherry cordial.

Fort was a bit too medicinal for me, and unfortunately that attribute seemed to intensify as it warmed. Incredible amount of raspberry fit into that 12 oz bottle though.

How much are you guys paying for Fort? Is it the typical $8-11 per 12oz bottle that other high gravity DFH beers cost? Or is it much less?

Either $10 or $11 per 12oz. (for HM, haven't seen Fort), I forget which. Definitely not cheaper than that.

    Yup, that range is correct.

Though it's been quite a few years since I personally payed as low as $8.

    I usually pay $9.-$10.

I just picked up a single bottle of Higher Math. I hope I share your opinion once I drink it!

Sadly, this was exactly my reaction to the bottle I bought. LOVE WW Stout and Olde School.

I hope you understand my post was very literal.

Higher Math really tastes like an alcoholic cherry chocolate cordial. All the thick, sweet, chocolate, and syrupy cherry flavors of the candy.

I expected that going in, and enjoyed it for what it was.
