2016 Horizon Society

Twice a year is all you need to do.

 

If Resolute is the last release of the year, then all I need to do is find 1 day in the year to head up there. Certainly sounds doable.

 

Resolute was not the final release of this year. I think 1-2 more came out after but it obviously was what the year led up too. For 2016 you just have to pickup bottle 2x year. July 2016 and then Jan 2017.

 

Still need @BrosCraftBrew to do that Raspberry Resolute, or Razalute for 2016! Damn it, make it happen!

 

Or just go get your fill at the tasting room.

 

HAHA, yeah, we have already done it. It's not on tap at the moment though, but we still have kegs. Story goes like this. We had a Heaven Hills barrel that we decided not to use in the end. It was a little more active during aging than normal apparently. Labs came back clean, but in the end it was decided to not risk ruining the whole Heaven Hills batch. Sometime post Resolute Day, it was decided to throw it in the baby brite on 40+ lbs of Raspberries...... Sooooo. Gooood!!! Check Untappd for reviews and impressions.

 

Damn, checked Untappd and it showed checkin's from yesterday/last night? Im guessing thats when you kicked it? Its ok though I had some last week in the tasting room

 

And we had it on Nitro.

We have more kegs, we just started with two and pulled it off. I think the plan is to stretch it out. I don't have anything to do with when it goes back on though. Maybe we'll announce it this time, last time we just tapped it and let word of mouth be our PR.

I think I'll be there on 12-28 to pick up HS bottles for 3 folks outta state that can't make it by 12-31, and also 1 trustee. @lillitnn92 will you be in town that week? I think I'll bring some stuff, ::coughANTEADcough::

I like Razalute for the Raspberry Resolute! I can't take credit for that however...

 

still on the fence....I was definitely out until I tried AB Resolute....just didn't like any of the Fut Note stuff at all to be honest and I usually love wilds and sours. Whats on the docket for next yr?

 

I'll be in town. And one of my coworkers said Razzolute before raspberries even went in, so I think he gets credit.

 

I've heard some whispers here and there, but I couldn't tell you what they are and which ones are going to be done.

I'll let everyone know when it's going on next. Can't promise that will be during operating hours though, sometimes I get thirsty...

 

Spent a lot of time curating the lineup for this year. There will not be anything along the line of FutNote, but we have been looking at some sours under a new light this year and will have some truly stellar stuff coming out. I can say with a great deal of confidence that the beers being offered are top notch.

 

It hasn't been on in a little over a week.

 

Adam pour the golden sour uncarbed from the tank on resolute release, wow was all I could say! Looking forward to that next year on some fruit!
