Box is on the truck to be delivered to @brightcloud313 I really need to step up my photo game! Great pic!
Apparently, it doesn't take long for a package from Florida to get to Connecticut. I did standard shipping but apparently @Homebrew's box will be delivered by tomorrow. I'll believe it when I see it.
Okay gents those wonderful Red Cushions are off on another journey as they we dropped at FedEx by my Significant Other early this afternoon as I had forgotten I had volunteered to help pack X-mas boxes today at the local food bank. Fedex is saying someone will extra beer from X-mas this year.
@Bristopher89 my wife and I just split Spirit Animal by Blue Owl (I'd post a pic but we are out of town). That is an amazing Sour Pale Ale. I'll be hitting you up on a trade soon to get more! Thanks for introducing it to me!
Just checked on the #GIF.... It was put on the truck early in the AM for delivery.... It is going to someone who has posted in the Newbie thread in the last 48 hours...
As promised here are the contents of my awesome box from @JNForsyth He crushed it. First to my chagrin, the box he sent cracked my porch Huge box that was expertly packed and took my ten minutes to get through. Up first the swag. Three nice glasses from different breweries and a troegs keychain. And also a troegenator T-Shirt. Now for the beer - first the Pizza Boy Crowlers. I am super excited to share this sunny side up. The description sounds amazing. The dry hopped uber with amarillo and citra hops sounds like it will be a hit too. Two tired hands growlers. He threw me for a loop with the the Hill farmstead and the Treehouse growlers, but still super excited to try these tired hands beers 1: Reincarnated as a cloud 2: Saison hands troegs scratch series, troeg amber, Omengang three eyed raven, troegenator, and troeg solid sender. zombie dust wicked weed pernicious, wicked weed black angel family shot @JNForsyth killed it. Can't wait to try all these beers, and all these ounces of fresh beer in growlers/crowlers I am going to have to have some people over to share the love. Thanks!
Yeah the troegs Teku is awesome. The first Teku I ever bought I shipped to @smanson56 Now I have one of my own. Can't wait to put the scratch series in there!
Hmm the newbie would be me as the GIF has landed in NH. Many thanks to @Eziel This is a monster box to say the least. But at last being old I'm at a little bit of a loss on the challenge. I'll explain after the PR0N. As I get early notification from UPS I was wondering why I had a package coming from a Hardware store in Ohio. AS to the box. 1. AS yet unwrapped the growler of unknown beer. 2. Third Coast Old Ale from Bells will have to do a side by side with the Triple Bag I have from Long Trail 3. Alesmith Speedway Stout love those coffee stouts. 4. Last Snow surely a want sounds great. 5. Oddside Ales BBA Imperial Mayan Mocha everything I love in a beer. 6. Thirsty Dog Siberian Night another great stout. And on to the rest of the haul. 7. Jackie O's Cellar Cuvee ale brewed with honey and aged in bourbon barrels sounds great. 8. Jackie O's Dark Apparition another great RIS 9. Jackie O's Wood Ya Honey Wheat wine ale aged in bourbon barrels. Everthing here is a major love of mine. The beer in the growler now opened and in a glass. This is a great beer. Nice hoppy aroma maybe some Mosaic hops here maybe something wet hopped. Really trying hard to figure out what this is? Then the challenge beer in question and the challenge. He wants me to make a Large Snow Angle and then put the beer in it. Easy Peasy I say until you see my yard. Do you see any snow in this picture! LMAO December 18th and not a flake in NH the damn ground isn't even frozen! MY question I found no beer marked as the challenge beer. There was a Jackie O's Black Maple sticker in the bag with the challenge. But no matching beer. Did I miss something? Searched the box 3 times no unfound beers.
