Soooo @NickyPogs sent me two boxes of yule time revenge. Getting back at my liver for my bruery bombing of @lefty17 this summer. Pron coming soon got to put the kiddies to sleep.

This might lead to a west vs midwest beer war that only the Betty ford clinic can win.

 

Yes you did. Boxes have been brought in and a quick looksee shows that everything made it safely. Will be posting pron tomorrow when I'm in a little better condition to handle these precious gifts. Thanks Rob, kick ass boxes!

 

Alright, @LehighAce06 and I have been in communication and he has received the final boxes.

Color me both intrigued & a wee bit scared but challenge accepted!

 

So my 12 Days box from @RuckIt arrived safely!

First you might recall the extras!







Well I open up the 12 shipper to find this...

Ok....game on!!

Now the Christmas Eve beer and the 12 days!




The Shape of some of the bottles has me intrigued to say the least. I can't wait!!! Thanks a ton Dave!!

 

Quite right, and I just finished unboxing.... what the motherfuck?!

Firstly, chocolate alligator walez... one will go into each of my and my wife's stockings assuming they fit.





Then this............


As you all might recall, I already got a full 12 Days, complete with a couple days of double bottles and even a "swap out" option. What this is I have no earthly idea.

Best part: Star Wars wrapping paper. Awesome.






Oh, and this also happened....


Apparently if I drink the three smaller beers on the same day I get the fourth. Based on shape and my outspoken love of all things vertical, I have a pretty good hunch what the challenge is. If I'm right, thank you and fuck you @gjoker321!

 

Well here we go, this shit just got real. @rspauldi absolutely rocked my world with 3 crazy boxes today!

First thing I see when I open the first box is a super sweet Santa hat, my kids say it and took off with it before I could even snap a pic. Here is Tom modeling said hat:


And here's the contents of box #1:


A couple of wrapped beers, a Prairie Tulsa Rugby Ale (a want), Odell Myrcenary (another want), and two bottles of Saint Arnold Rootbeer. One of the RB bottles was immediately snapped up by my oldest, Brennen, as he had just run dry of his RB supply earlier this evening:



Then it was time for box #2:

A whole pile of wrapped beers in box #2, that's a lot of bottles but the larges box is yet to come......(to be continued)

 

So I open up box #3 and what do I fine? 4 more boxes to open, damn @rspauldi, what a great packing job!


Let's start with box 3.1, labeled as "Swag":


Saint Arnold keg glass - Bren was already eyeing this up for his 2nd bottle of root beer.
Buc-ee's Beaver Nuggets - Hell yes, saw these is hauls before and now I have my own. Kids and wife have already have some and they love them.
Jester King glass - Wow this a beauty, foreshadowing future #properglassware posts?!?!

Next up is box 3.2, labeled as Day 0/Extras:


Two Day Zero beers (!), two more wrapped extras, Revolution Eugene (another want), and Santa Fe Imperial Java Stout (yep, want).

Still going, box 3.3 labeled as Days 6 & 10/Extras:


Buffalo Bayou Lenin's Revenge (Hey, would you look at that, another want!), big wrapped beers for Days 6 & 10, Infamous Sweep the Leg (of course it's a want, love the Karate Kid as well)

Almost there, box 3.4 is labeled as Day 7 and it's a fucking wrapped up box, holy balls!


It's big. It's heavy. It has a note that says "hope you have friends" on it. I've already been checking with all of my local buddies to see who's available to help with this monster and make sure I live to see Day 8 and 2016!

At this point I'm not sure if I'm excited, scared, or what.....

And here's the complete 13 Days of beer. If I survive this do I get a medal? How about at least a certificate of participation?

I'm blown away here Russ, you are the best, can't wait to unwrap and enjoy all of these goodies!

BTW - What's the procedure for the wrapped extras?

 

It's getting late in the central time zone and I have an SP release to get to early tomorrow, wonder if my target will give us some pron tonight...

 

Jesus, I feel so bad for @lefty17. I'm his sender. I sent out two 12 bottle shippers. Who knows what happened to one of them but it's currently 'unable to deliver - possession of shipment transferred to government warehouse'. So sorry Adam. In that box was a Cantillon Bio Gueuze, Grey Monday, BA DORIS, Yellow Breeches Kriek, BBA Vanilla Hellfighter and Bourbon Mexican Cake. I believe the extras were Free Will Ralphius, Kuhnhenn M word, Intangible Ales Jawn of the Dead, Zero Day BBA Grievance, Night Shift Habanera and Spring House Martians Kidnap Santa.

I'm devastated and can't believe this happened. I'm currently working on a makeup box and am trying to make it comparable to those that are lost. You're not an easy target
