Due South "Trench Day" 2016

    Anyone every been to Trench Day before?

    Per Due South:

    Trench Day 2016 will be Saturday, January 23rd from 3pm – 6pm in the Due South Brewing Co. taproom. To make this day as special as the gold medal winning beer it celebrates, the event will feature unlimited samples of exceptional, hard to find beers in an intimate setting. Only 300 total tickets will be sold.

    Each $35 ticket will include a commemorative tasting glass and unlimited samples of at least 35 different beers including many rare releases from Due South and other Florida breweries.

    Attending Trench Day guarantees you will be able to purchase bottles since they will go on sale to ticket holders first. Bottles of Mariana Trench Imperial Stout will be available for purchase to Trench Day attendees for $15 per bottle. The bottle limit will be determined soon.

    A free shuttle will be running from the Tri-Rail station to the brewery during the event if you choose to come by train or park in the Tri-Rail parking lot.

    Food trucks will be onsite for food options at an additional cost.

    Attendees must be at least 21 years old. No pets please.

    The guys at Due South are pretty awesome, I feel like they should be more known than they are. I've always had some really solid brews from there, and try to visit every trip down to Florida.

    I went last year and easily the best run beer release/fest I have been to, 300 tickets so there were no long lines and they had the best beer I have had from Due South at Trench Day great one offs and releases each hour

    Thanks for all the kind words about last year's event, we were really proud of it. We are also looking forward to this year's event and hope everyone has just as much fun. I can say that we have less than 80 tickets left in case anyone was waiting.

    Bummer you can't make it. Tickets are not attached to names. You may give them to a friends as long as they are 21. I know it sounds obvious but just have to say it.

    Nothing against the food trucks, but being a 3 o'clock event we are going to want to have lunch in the area before hand. Anybody have any solid recommendations in the area?

    Had Peanut Butter Pepper Imerial Caramel Cream Ale at MBCP day this past weekend....IMO that was a great beer @MikeMoriendi . Hopefully you guys have that for Trench Day, and can that one, one day!

    @Circleo12 Glad you liked it. Unfortunately we do not have it on for Trench Day. The last of it (for now) is going to Boston for Extreme Beer Fest in a few weeks.

    I'm still confirming some of the guest taps and hope to have a tap list soon. Also should have the bottle limit by the end of the week.
