Any word on Pump(ky)n or Tweak?

    Obviously we got Uncle Jacob's at the beginning of the year and Rumpkin has been on the shelves for over a month now, but still no sign of Pump(ky)n or Tweak.

    I know that Pump(ky)n was released around the same time as Rumpkin last year and Tweak had hit shelves in my area by this time last year. Has anybody heard about any dates for the releases for these two? I was under the impression that they were going to be a part of the Annual Barrel Series and not just one time batches. Was I wrong?

    It will be a bummer if we miss out on Pump(ky)n this year, and devastating if we miss out on Tweak.

    I could be wrong, but I was under the impression that Tweak is now called Mephistopheles. It appears it changes names and this is the new edition. BTW, Mephistopheles is great

    Pump(ky)n was already released a few weeks ago. Early November. Tweak is supposedly coming in a couple months.

    Different beers. Tweak is essentially a Coffee version of Mephistopheles and was even named "Meph Addict" at one point. It was renamed Tweak as the previous name had some legal issues.

    Mephistopheles has been around for a long time, and doesn't have coffee. I don't think it's the same as Tweak. Totally different beast.

    I probably just don't know what I am talking about...but at a bottleshop around me i swore Pump(ky)n was on the shelf...a sixpack for $100.....is this outrageous..? Or...

    Tweak started out as BA Mephistopheles with coffee.

    Pumpkyn has been here in az for a couple months along with tweak. I just had a rumpkin last night, and besides getting me shithoused it was amazing and did not taste like an 18 percent beer whatsoever

    Tweak is bourbon barrel-aged Mephistopheles with coffee.

    Grabbed a bottle of Pump[KY]n yesterday, for $11.99. But they didn't have Tweak.

    I've seen both around quite a bit, both in bottle shops in DC and in big Whole Foods and Total Wine stores

    Not quite. The base beer for Tweak is Mephistopheles but then coffee is added.

    Yes it outrageous, but it does retail at about $13-$14 per bottle so that would be $78- $84, so $100 is overpriced, and i think $13/$14 a bottle is overpriced for this brew.

    that's about $10 more expensive than I've seen them on the shelf in my area. If you're going all in there are worse bets.

    Pump[ky]n and Rumpkin have been released already this year. Tweak has not been. Any Tweak sitting on the shelves is from 2014.
