I'd love to get some bottles, but I'm not arriving until tomorrow morning. Sounds like I just missed out.

I do have bottles from Southern California (all of Noble's newest bottles, one Beachwood 9, Beachwood Blendery Propogation 001) that I'd be willing to trade for some Casey. I will be hitting up several breweries in the area through Monday.

Good chance there will still be some bottles at Small Batch. Also check Warehouse Liquor on Highway 285 / Knox.

That sounds promising. I'll see if I can find any in the morning. Do any bottles get to Arvada?

Yes, they do... into my basement cellar before they get into my stomach, in Arvada.

But seriously, check out Small Batch. I think they open at 11AM. Then wander a few blocks down the street to Hops & Pie.

"We're releasing our Side Project Collaboration today called Leaner. A leaner is when a peach is so juicy you have to lean forward or it spills on you. 100% Oak Fermented Saison fermented with both Casey and Side Project's cultures. Aged with over 3 pounds per gallon Flamecrest Colorado Peaches. The Saison we both brewed was a higher gravity version of our house Saison recipe. So this beer is basically a higher gravity version of Casey Family Preserves but with Side Project's cultures. Noticeably more acidic. A great showing of both our cultures.

For the public, anyone holding a ticket to the sold-out release today willl be able to buy 2 bottles at $30 per bottle. Glasses available for $10 a pour."

Will side project release this as well in the future?

Yes, their own version of it. Their base beer, both Casey and SP cultures, and Missouri peaches.

And the trade forums go boom... So glad Troy did a no-notice release for this one to avoid the inevitable shit show. I'm in traffic coming into Idaho Springs now, ready for an awesome day!

A very Side Project move with the short notice. Did anyone notice the 8% ABV? That must be his highest ABV yet.

Look forward to trying it in March. Breaking my 5 release attendance streak, but you can't make em all (most people that is).
