Whiskey Rodeo at Central Market N. Lamar. Go!

 

I picked up four bottles of Boxer's at Spec's on Mason. They had more.

 

Be careful when pouring the last pour of bonnie. I had some residue in my bottle..

 

I wish they stocked faster then I wouldn't have to go downtown so much lol.

 

Plenty of Boxers at heb up in the woodlands

 

Appeared to be out as of 3:30 today, but I did pick up some Weasel Rodeo there.

Specs Airport and Arborwalk both said a week or so (in Airport's case, that's if they get it at all).

 

I think they said 100 cases. Sounds about right for how hard it has been to get in Houston so far.

 

Anyone seen any Rodeo and Bonnie around SA yet?

 

Rodeo and Whiskey apparently made a very brief appearance at CM on Friday. No sign of Bonnie yet.

 

Lonestar in Carrollton still had several bottles of Thrash Metal when I stopped by earlier.

 

Anyone have leads on Whiksey Rodeo in Houston? Central Market on Westheimer apparently got theirs and sold out of it even though someone previously said they were getting it Tuesday. If anyone wants to sell me a bottle, I'm game as well.

 

I called the beer guy and he said Tuesday... Id give specs a call and ask what other locations are getting them. I think the one by Memorial Mall said Wednesday but I already had a wrong lead so don't know.

 

I called them today and the guy i talked to said they had some remaining bottles of Weasel Rodeo, but sold out of the Whiskey Rodeo and Bonnie. Do you know who you talked to at Central Market?

 

I just asked for their beer guy, did not get a name.

 

Knowing Specs, they probably won't be sending Whiskey to any other stores. They tend to keep really hard to find stuff Downtown.

Spec's Dallas has Bonnie, Whiskey, and Weasel. Just a heads up.

 

Just gonna throw this out there - WHEN ON EARTH IS SPECS IN AUSTIN GOING TO GET THESE BEERS!?!?! Geez. The main store on Brodie is probably less than 10 miles from the brewery, and still no sign of these. I actually had a dream about this the other night, thats how frustrated I am. OK, venting over.

 

Whole Foods Gateway said there was a UPC problem and the beer is in their warehouse...it should be in stores by the end of the week.
