    This was from yesterday at the awesome Hair of the Dog in Portland. The first pic is my wife enjoying a sampler of Cherry Fred. I had one as well and loved it.

    And of course I could not pass up the opprtunity to embarrass my wife so I brought an action figure with me. There was a
    two bottle limit on these bad boys which I took full advantage of .

    Starting off light today. I was up till 2 am with the LNBA crowd drinking and eating way more than I should have, and my oldest had swim practice (the first of 2 today) from 5:30-7:30. Due to nobody's fault but his mom and dad, he is a very young sophomore, so he won't have his license till next season. Actually he just got his temporary permit yesterday. Looks like my wife and I have a DD tonight:grinning:

    This one is much better than I anticipated. Nice crisp floral hops with some semi sweet pale malts. Kind of like an overcarbonated pilsner.

    Greetings BA's and Happy New Year to you.
    Getting some drinking in now since the likelihood of making it to midnight is pretty darn low. It's not how I live my life these days.
    Earlier this week I was in with photos of the weather changes in these parts. We had "brown" Christmas - and I guess that happens about 1/4 of the time. However, I think a brown new year is much less common and it won't happen this year either.

    We seem to get either mild with gloominess or sunny with cold. Today it is the later and it sure is nice to see the sun. I'll take it.
    I like the new version of this DIPA, more so than the original, so I'm starting today with it.

    I remember two a day practices over Christmas break long, long ago. Your son is living in a fog for awhile. Too tired to know what the hell is going on but marching on nonetheless. Ahhhh, good times. :slight_smile:
