I'll be coming down for at least one or two Freetail releases this fall, now to decide which ones...

This should be fun, I say we start the bottle share around 8. I am looking for a designated driver in Austin, will pay money.

I'm always excited about Freetail release days. I will be there, with goodies in tow for the bottleshare.

This post isn't about this Saturday's release is it? I thought it was about the 9/15 sour release. Is crazy there are 2 so close together!

The bottle release is Sep 15th. RealTail III is a draft-only event featuring barrel-aged beers from both Real Ale and Freetail.

Real Tail is mostly draft only, but they said they will bottle this years collaboration. Then next month they will release a bunch of bottles. They also have some of their "normal" releases in bottles for sale now too: http://www.freetailbrewing.com/beer/in-bottle/all

Double down on the awesome Website comments. Very cool, the Spiralina Wit sounds fun.

They've said that the Realtail bottles won't be ready by this weekend. They currently have Buffalo Hump, 3Tail, Outlaw McCaw, and Witicus available in bottles.

It's the kind of problem that can be aged out, but it will be over a year before I feel brave enough to open one of my bottles!

In my experience, no vintage of Dark Lord has ever been ready until at least 2 years, and I've been drinking them since 2008.
