    I was told O'so barreled beers are just bottled infections. How true is this?

    I don't believe this is a barrel aged beer but I could be wrong. Anyway I just got a 6er for $8. Plan on trying it for the first time shortly.

    To further clarify, they've had issues with infection in their Night Train barrel aged stouts in the past, but have released some one off barrel aged beers since then with no infection issues that I'm aware of.

    Said person was trolling. They have had problems with a couple of beers, but for the most part they are pretty solid. As ageneral rule, don't believe anyone who makes blanket statements. Life lessons courtesy of BA.:grinning:

    Some info on the winter 750mL Bottle Release: Check out the Facebook Event!

    We've got more 750mL's coming down the pipe and they'll be ready to go for all the eager fans out there on January 29, 2016, when we plan to release 3 beers in 750mL bottles. Bottle sales start at 3pm

    Blood of the Cherry - Barrel aged sour blonde on Wisconsin Door county cherries. Brewery only release and will not hit distribution.

    Door Kriek (O'so / Funk Factory collaboration) - American Lambic on tart Cherries. Brewery only release and will not hit distribution.

    Scarlet Letter - Barrel aged sour blonde on fresh Wisconsin cranberries. May hit distribution in the entirety of the state, but will be very limited.

    I will say that Blood of the Cherry was my favorite beer from the fall O'so/Funk Factory party. Definitely looking forward to that one.

    this brewery really got my attention when i was able to try some Arbre Qui Donne a few weeks back. i think ill be seeking out some more of their stuff in the future.
