Your 2016 Beer Goals

To visit some of the locals I have not yet been to, like Caboose, Lost Rhino, Adroit Theory. To try every beer Port City makes. To try several more styles , ESB, Quads, Scotch Ales.

 

Mine is the same as the past few years- to drink more beers 'out in the wild' , and not at home as much; with friends and/or family, by myself, whatever...just be more social.

2015 was better on that end than 2014 for me, so here's to even more of the same in 2016!

 

My goal is to do this more often.

Try at least one new brewery every week -- the number in Denver is overwhelming but I find myself going back to the same few I consistently enjoy.

Also, take more chances when I'm buying beer. HYPE tends to factor way too much into my eventual choice when I'm at the liquor store!

 

I need to try to drink/buy less ..I'm a broke 22 year old...I have a lot of time to try stuff.

Supply has definitely exceeded demand for me in 2015, the goal is to reverse that trend.

 

25 in a Premiership season. Not likely to happen seeing as I'm 59 and have always been useless at football.

Yes, I'm in NJ, but I have the same resolution. Third time's the charm, unless you're My Cousin Vinny.

 

To try more different beers and not to hoard those which I like but don't always drink. But to balance trying new beers with drinking those which I like but haven't had recently. To visit more breweries. To enjoy this hobby of ours.

 

Beer goals for 2016:

Drink local, often. Find more opportunities to share. Enjoy the regular picks off the shelf and appreciate the rarities I find.

 

Enjoy good local beer thus visit more local breweries.

 

Spend less, drink inventory down, drink more local beer.

 

1) Hit #7,000 on an unnammeedd site by drriinnkkiinngg 2,000 uunniiqquuee in a Calendar Year (CY).

2) Eradicate the Bottle Backlog here @ Chez Woody in order to be able to ...

3) ... CANcentrate on what really matters, namely, The CANQuest (tm).

 

My goal is to visit @buckeye1275 house and get some beer!

 

In 2016 I need to stop buying and drinking new beer if it's from a style I don't like.

I feel like I've spent the last 12-18 months drinking beer that I don't like, all for the sake of reviewing something new. I'm going to stop doing that.

 

I need to get my butt in gear studying for my Master attempt in 2 years. This year will be spent in brewing biochem and food studies.

 

Drink more lager and find a go-to pilsner

 

Try to get tickets for Dark Lord Day and finally land a KBBS
