Call me a homer, but my 2 picks are Ohio breweries. One is a slam dunk. Hoof Hearted. They make at least 4 hop forward beers that are as good or better than anything I have had, including the plethora of phenomenol east coast stuff. I think I even saw Mr Heady @jzeilinger throw a 5 or two around for Roller Blabe:grinning:

The other is more of a calculated guess. Columbus Brewing. They are supposed to open their new brewing facility this year, which means bottled Bodhi for starters! Their regular IPA is a sleeper, and they make a few other outstanding beers that nobody had ever heard of including SOHIO Stout. Not for long.

The other one I can think if, which I hope to try some more of this year, is Trillium. They probably already qualified for the 2015 list though.

South County Brewing in Fawn Grove, PA is brewing great IPAs and style specific beers, thru have a new canned double IPA releasing this year as well as a barrel aged release. Also St. Boniface is doing great stuff.

Here in Atlanta that's an easy one. Creature Comforts and Orpheus are blowing people away with their beers. I'm looking forward to what they've got planned for 2016. Hopefully expanding production is the main thing for CC.

Not really, what I've had from them so far has been mediocre to awful. I'm searching out their canned products in the small chance they improve, but otherwise I don't see them (or any MD brewery) getting any hype.

The Hoof/Jackie O's collab is going to push the hype for Hoof through the stratosphere.

Buddy of mine was just in Ft. Myers visiting family over Xmas and said the beers at Fort Myers Brewing Co. were pretty damned good. Could be one to watch as the southeast beer scene picks up steam.

I think Block 15 is poised to get big. There are some other smaller breweries out here that I'd also like to see become more sought after, notably Oakshire, though all their best beers are tap-only.

Proclamation in West Kingston RI and Tilted Barn in Exeter, RI. Some of the best beer around from the smallest state. Get it while it's hot. Dave from Proc. Will be featured in BA this month.

As a hop lover, I can say that their Derivative series is world class. Now if they can just figure out what the hell they are doing with Tendril which changes dramatically with every batch. Sometimes good, sometimes bad.

Sand City are going to can Day Drifter within the next 2.5 months. I expect them to gain a considerable amount of attention after doing so.

Transient is currently working on it's own Brewery with a coolship in MI. Chris has been pounding the Pavement hard in Chicago and producing solid Sours with a good range of price points, he's also been making friends with the top Craft beer stores in Chicago along the way. Anyone who had his stuff will agree that letting that guy loose with a Coolship in rural MI air can only mean good things for the Great Lakes region.

Call to Arms Brewing Co. out of Denver.

3 dudes that most recently came from Avery. Great spot, great vibe and most importantly, every beer was spot on.
