What does it take to land Hunahpu?

I traded a Framboise for a Cure for one, but never received it

KJGAGNE has disappeared.

 

I traded CBS and King Henry for two.

 

Traded a FFF Battle Priest for a 32oz growler of AB Hunahpu.

 

Base

 

i got a 2012, and 2011 regular hunahpus, for a bottle of batch 2 chocolate rain. we were both happy with the trade

 

Some brewery only / limited stuff should land (for example: Dark Lord, CBS, Black Tuesday, ect.)

 

That sucks, the dude was a solid trader once upon a time.

In past years, I traded NC brewery-only or NC only beers for Hunahpu. With the smaller allocations this year, I struck out on 3 ISOs and gave up.

 

I've traded Hunahpu's for Fourteen Fourteen, some Upright beers (including Fantasia and Blend Love), and Kentucky Dark Star. The barrel aged versions are much, much harder to get.

 

Traded a Hill Farmstead E. for one and a Captain Lawrence Rosso E Marrone (plus some smaller stuff) for another.

 

I traded some Fou Foune + nice locals for a couple. Now I'm sending one out for a FFAC.

 

I traded away a cbs and hunahpu for a Rare. The person I traded with had another rare so this was certainly a mutually beneficial trade.

 

Traded some HF growlers and Vera Maes for a Huna and a couple other pretty sought after beers.

As always, it depends on if you can find the right trader.

 

Hate to call you out again man, but he's asking WHAT IT TAKES TO LAND HUNA. If he was asking how he could land Rare, well then you'd be giving some helpful advice.

 

Hopefully this helps I had someone offer me 1 Hunahpu (base) for 1 of my Surly Syx(I paid 19.99+tax so i'm guessing Hunahpu is around the same) I only declined because the person I ended up trading with had a beer that I wanted to try for along time. Just as what a few other BA's said some brewery only/ limited release stuff nothing really crazy or rare should land it and most people trade $ 4 $ but you will run into a few who will try and add value because of it's rarity but Hunahpu is not that the Apple Brandy Barrel Version is.

I traded a BCBCS + 1 btl. of '11 BCBS to fetch mine a few months ago.

 

Btw OP, I traded for a Huna straight up for a Hardywood GBS and in a larger trade i got one and others, where I gave up a Black note growler. It's an amazing beer, Best of luck!

 

I thought my post was helpful as it shows the relative value. Just because the trade wasn't beer A for beer B does't mean it can't help, as hunahpu was part of the trade i referred to. Sorry you didn't find it helpful.
