Beachwood BBQ Beer Releases Thread

I'm gonna head to Beachwood for the first time this weekend. Any must-gets outside of Tovarish?

 

It's usually pretty accurate. A buddy of mine was there last Friday, and they still had some of the Tovarish vintages available in addition to the current one

If you're going to Long Beach? Citraholic looks like it's up, so definitely get that. It's also listing Rye Like an Eagle, which is surprising...if it's available definitely get it. Make sure you check the taplist closer to when you're visiting

 

The Hopcams are very accurate

 

Denver Jackhammer is delicious.

 

I'll second rye like an eagle. Bourbon vanilla goodness. Not sure what this doesn't get more love.

Tovarish had kicked by the time I went on Saturday. You might want to give them a call just in case to see if they haven't updated that part of the website yet.

Picked up bottles of Amalgamator at the LB location yesterday. SB was sold out the day before. Was bummed that I got to the SB location to late. But worth the stop at LB for Amalgamator bottles. Between CitraHolic and Amalgamator (Thrillseeker, Melrose) bottles I don't know which one is my favorite BW IPA. This batch of Amalgamator is really off the charts. Also noticed that Hops of Fury coming back soon. Missed out on that one. Won't this time. FYI-Amalgamator bottles are getting really low at LB. Might be gone today or tomorrow. Plenty of Udder Love left.

 

Thrillseeker gets my vote but they're all excellent.

 

Hoping Amalgamator bottles can last until tomorrow night (I know, unlikely), when I head down there. On the bright side: still plenty of great stuff on draft in LB, including Amalgamator.
