    Got my 2 Weasels from my friend, plus a bonnie the rare today.


    good day. But the Bonnie is going to a trade partner in Jersey who really wanted it. So got it for him.

    No sixpoint, guy said that they should have some but didn't... I even called and they said they had all four of them. Drove to Gabriel's off 1604 and got everything but the Crisp.

    Glad you got some, Ken. I was sweating it too. I buy it to drink it, and I really wanted to try this one.

    They told me the same for Black Butte 24. Hamrick's got theirs, and Sunrise told me they're getting it this week, so keep an eye out.

    Can anyone assure me Arborwalk hasn't sold out yet? Probably no guarantees since they're keeping it all in the back, but can't hurt to ask.

    glad to see everyone is getting the beers now. as for azzy, I met him up since I was looking for another WBR, real nice guy, I know I'm guilty of buying more bottles than what the limit says, while I'm not trying them out of state, my local friends appreciate that I can help them out when they are too busy at work, I know I appreciate it when they do it for me.

    I dont think the buying was wrong by any means, the picture you posted was what rubbed some the wrong way. Keep doing what you do if you can afford it. People tend to forget that that time they bought 3 of something when the sign said limit 1 per.

    Well, I was there 15 minutes before closing last night, and they still had all 3. No guarantee, but if you could get there close to 10 when they open chances should be good

    I was able to secure Weasel Rodeo, but I still havnt seen/gotten Whiskey Rodeo. Does anyone know any place in DFW that might still have Whiskey Rodeo? Or any place in DFW that is still suppose to be getting some Whiskey Rodeo?

    I haven't gotten any of these, and probably won't. Especially if I have to jump through hoops and learn new secret handshakes at Spec's and DQ (I thought I knew them already). At this point it's probably easier for me to land limited release stuff from other states than my own. :slight_frown:

    Whole Foods (park lane) told me they might be getting it later this week. They said they'd call if they did. If they do get back to me, I will post it.

    I'll keep at eye out at Whole Foods Arlington, they are awesome about keeping these releases in the back so you gotta ask. Central Market Fort Worth is likely out, since they rarely enforce bottle limits. It appears some locations are getting second allotments (something I think that worked very well with the much bigger count Boxer's) I think you will have some chances.

    Anyway I think interation #2 of this thread should commence for Das in September..knowing that the JK team reads and responds to our many and often questions, yesterdays digression was a bit embarrassing (if not at times humorous) and hopefully doesn't affect (or is it effect...maybe it's both) their active participation in our community.

    Jester King has released several different stouts, saisons, wilds/sours, and lighter belgians, now it is time for them to release some sort of big belgian dark ale!
