I had this at New Belgium's Clips of Faith movie night in Missoula last Friday and it was awesome, one of the better big IPAs I've had.

Drank my last bottle last night, it was rad. :sunglasses: I hope you guys can get some here in Denver soon because for $5.99 its a very good value. After five bottles I think I've had my fill of it.

I agree! It seemed like I enjoyed it more and more, the more I drank!! Had 4 bottles and feel it's time to share with everyone else!

Weird. Total opposite here. I enjoyed the taster glass I had and the first 1/4 to 1/3 of a bottle...but then it started to grate on me.
Guess I'll be that odd guy who doesn't care for it as much! If for some reason it doesn't make it here in another few days, I have another bottle I don't mind parting with.

It's hit shelves , Argo has it. With a different upc stickered over the original screen printed one.

Sounds like the distributors went out of their way to make this happen. That's promising to hear.

Seriously, kind of a goofy start to it's distribution but cheers to the distributors if they went out of their way to get it on the shelves sooner w/ new UPCs

I picked it up at Argo, along with NB's new LoF: Peach Porch Lounger. Can't wait to try that one.

Don't think it is anywhere else yet. At least, not the places I checked. (Lukas, CO Blvd Liquor Mart, Chambers W&L)

Lukas and Chambers usually get deliveries later in the week; Wed, Thu.

I think so. The fruit isn't overpowering or overbearing and it's slightly tart, but not insanely sour. Reminds me a little of the Brett Beer, but with a hair more sourness.

I thought Brett Beer, was very bland. More of a palate cleanser than anything.

Never tried the Brett Beer since all the feedback towards it was pretty negative. Comparing this to that does make me a little hesitant about going out of my way to try it. Maybe I can find myself at some bar that has in on tap and they will offer me a sample of it. Or maybe I will just grab a sample at New Belgium.

Superior Liquors has Super IPA. No special UPC code either.

I kinda liked Brett Beer. Not the greatest thing ever, but a pretty decent drinker. I think people went into it expecting something akin to Russian River, and it definitely wasn't anything like that.
While not a sour brett beer (at all), that's really the only thing it was missing to me. It's one of those instances where it has no sourness and I wish it had some to balance the sweetness. In the end, it kinda reminded me of a brett maibock.
