    You guys probably remember at the last two shares me extensively bitching about how the area where I live is shit for craft beer. I finally (hopefully) found a redeeming quality of living in an area that's pretty devoid of craft. I went to the two big distributors and asked them about the Bourbon County release and they contacted their Goose Island rep and I should be landing a few cases of BCBS tomorrow and potentially a BCBCS case. A good bit of my BCBS is claimed (assuming I get the amount of cases that I was quoted), but if any of you guys have a hard time finding any, I should have about eight spare bottles (if I get the amount quoted). You guys were really welcoming for a beer share newbie, so I figured I'd offer them up to you guys since my close friends already are buying in and twelve will definitely be enough for me. If I get Coffee, I don't think I'll do buy ins, but trades will be welcome.

    FYI - Staples Corner in Gambrills is having a bottle share, Sunday 12/20 7-9pm

    For those of you unfamiliar with bottle shares, they are gatherings of craft-beer lovers where each attendee brings a bottle of beer (or two or five or ten) to share with the group.

    Each attendee must bring: A MINNIMUM of one (1) 22oz or large Bottles of beers. Beers must be either limited releases or something you cannot find in Maryland*

    Prerequisite: Beers must have a Beer Advocate average rating of 89 or better

    ~ Please take time to get online and read up on rules and etiquette of a bottle shares ~

    I start the new job after the new year so I'll always have weekends open, so I shouldn't really have an excuse to miss these any more outside of other prior arrangements

    Haven't been to one of these before, but I'm hoping to make this one in order to drink down / get rid of my cellar. Trying to get rid of some verticals and Lambic.
