Have you tried airbnb.com? I got a room through it for MBCP day...$75 for a nice room with private entry a couple miles from the festival when the cheapest hotels I could find were $120+ and further away.

This. We got a 2 bedroom condo (4 people total) on Harbor Island for $200 a night. Extremely solid deal!

Mike just posted that Assassin and KBBS are in barrels, so no clue on when those would be ready. I'm sure they'll have MD there at the very least, hopefully SR71 again too.

I will definelty have to pace myself. I could get white girl wasted just from the CCB taps.

I can't believe how the list just keeps getting better and better. I know it'll be impossible to get all or even most of the big taps, but I honestly imagine having to turn down beers I've waited years to try...

Depends... last year it was pretty easy to hit most. DBH lasted over an hour, Summation poured for a long time. The only one I missed was SR71, but didn't prioritize that. Kicked while we were in line 1-2 hours in.

This year there's over double the amount of breweries, and about the same amount of people. Might be even easier, honestly.

The struggle is real. Just wait until they start listing the actual beers all the breweries are bringing!

I literally passed on Leon and regular Huna last year...had to take a break in the shade 1.5hrs in after I had hit everything I wanted.

Once I regrouped I casually strolled around and grabbed no-line pours from Carton, Kane, Boneyard and many others.

With there being almost twice as many people this year I'm sure the "whale" beer lines will be a little longer but there will be many more awesome beers with little to no waits at all.

I imagine Ccb lines will be fairly short, given that most locals will be searching out the visiting whales and you can always get a Huna on the way out, since it won't kick on its own day.

Not to say that it's not worth the treatments or other BA beers, but the above statement is correct, you could get DBH , rum caffe, Leon, grandmule etc 1 after another with a 5 minute wait. And later in the day stuff like penultimate push with no line.

Hope bottle logic is bringing FO, the more whales the shorter each line will be

There is a 100 more breweries attending this year than last year and last year even with only 60 Breweries you could walk up to Goose Island which had multiple BCS Variants and Founders which had KBS and CBS with no wait all day....and it was the same most of the day for a majority of the breweries...I'm expecting it to be even easier this year

There is about double the people as last year. 2000 vs 3500 plus who the participating breweries are bringing
