I had very green from 6/18/15. pretty sure that was the last batch.

 

Far from a shit show tonight, it was busy but I was out with cans & fills in an hour and change, that good ole' TH efficiency.

 

Honestly this is normally good advice but I don't think this is realistic this week based on what's available. They sold 182 cases of Very Green tonight at 4PP. That is over 1000 people showing up tonight and I imagine tomorrow night will be busy as well. Honestly I wouldn't expect there to be any beer left on Saturday except perhaps some growler fills of Lights On. There certainly won't be any cans.

 

Ya, like always you can never know for sure until the day comes, because who knows how busy it will be tonight. Luckily treehouse is better than anyone else about keeping their customers informed. They already tweeted that there is about 1.5 barrels of very green left. So probably 200-250 750ml fills if my math is right. Like i said before there might only be 2 beers left for fills on saturday, but that is just a guess because i have no idea how much alter and lights on is left. selling out of beer tonight is definitely a possibility.

 

+1 on Very Green being on on 6/18. Don't recall it any time after that.

 

is it still 2pp on the vg 750s? how long should it last?

 

Approximately 1.5 bbls left according to facebook. So 200ish fills?

 

Perhaps I'm crazy but Very Green doesn't taste too different than Green to me. Not complaining by any means, I'm super happy and fortunate that I got to try it. Definitely looking forward to doing a side-by-side tonight....

 

this is where the 2pp changes this drastically for my drive up there ha. that could be 3pm.

 

I may rethink my planned trip on saturday, will monitor the site and check it again tomorrow morning.

 

what are typical lines expectations on fridays ? when do you guys estimate the line forming ?

So perhaps my original comments weren't too far off?

 

The days when there's only enough of certain cans/fills for the first few people, there's always someone who shows up just after lunchtime. Have to be one of the first 24 people today if you want Very Green cans, and I'd bet they are all spoken for already.

 

im debating going for my chances at a VG growler at least.

 

There's a new small batch getting packaged for fills tonight too.

 

It hits many of the same notes from Green (just as KG does for Julius) but everything is more robust. The body on VG is ridiculous, it's like drinking a chewy orange sherbet smoothie, crazy.

 

I figured you were exaggerating about showing up 2 hours early on a Saturday and not leaving till 2pm

 

Obviously untappd knows all, thank must be it. Was my first or second visit and I just lucked out on it haha
