New Mexico beers that hold their own:

Milk Stout- La Cumbre Cafe con Leche

    Oatmeal Stout- Marble Oatmeal Stout

    Imperial Stout- Duel Goya

    Export Stout- La Cumbre Malpais

BA Stout- 2015 La Cumbre La Negra or earlier renditions of Marble Imperial Stout... I'd throw in Bosque's BA Jet Black Winter but it seems I'm in the minority in loving that beer.

Did you get a chance to snatch up any of Sockeye's barrel aged Seven Devils? The stuff was AMAZING. A bit on the sweeter side, but holy fucking cow I chugged alot of that a few months back.

I have one of each cellared, but I love Huna, great beer, never had MZ. These are big boy stouts, at least the Huna is.

I guess I'm in the minority with you man! Jet black winter was damn tasty the times I had it.

Agreed! I picked up this and their BA Imp Stout. A bit pricey but well done. I'm also a big fan of their Luna Coffee Stout so I was sold on Stovepipe from the start

Pizza Boy Sunnyside Up and even more so, the BBA version. I bought 6 crowlers of the stuff when it came out and almost regretted trading some of them.

Are you referring to the regular version or the Barrel-Aged version?

Liquid spiritual delight (lsd) by 2nd shift......it's better than founders imperial stout, better than ten fidy, better than biscotti break, better than narwhal, better than expedition stout, and many others. I think it's only a saint Louis market distribution though.

Don't know if they qualify as "big boy" but the Eclipse Bourbon aged stouts from Fifty Fifty brewing here in Norcal are pretty awesome.
