This is awesome! (Apologies if there's already a thread, I didn't see one)
I can get a 6 pack of Nut Brown or their IPA now. I've always loved Alesmith but I've always hated their bomber only policy. So, far I've only seen those two and Horny Devil but I hope 6 packs or even 4 packs of their Wee Heavy in the future.

Anyways, good on you Alesmith! Cheers

What are the prices of those 6-packs?

    Cheers!

A tad bit on the steep side. Nut Brown and Horny Devil are 11.99 and IPA is 13.99, but I suppose there is a lot worse out there (lookin' at you Ballast Point) but its still really exciting to see them make the change. I'll definitely be buying their best a lot more often

FWIW I think the 12 bucks for the Nut Brown and Horny Devil are reasonable but I should caveat that I live in an area with higher 6-pack prices.

    Cheers!

would love alesmiths ipa in 6packs. Ive picked up their bombers for $7-$8 so i dont mind $15 for a 6pack if thats the case.

Fair enough, I'm used to it a little lower (I buy a lot of stuff like Sierra Nevada and Anchor for the everyday drinking) but you're right it's a pretty good value all things considered, cheers!

At my local beer store a 6-pack of Sierra Nevada is $10.99. If they ever stock the Alesmith beers like Nut Brown I would expect to see a price like 15 bucks for this beer.

I suppose I should state: it is all relative?

    Cheers!

The IPA is stellar, and I like it better than Sculpin. The Tony Gwynn .394 Pale Ale is one of the best Pale Ales out there, as well. I just hope they are bottle dating because I have not been able to find a stamp to save my life the last few times I looked at the IPA bombers.

The 6 packs I saw in Ohio had dates....very old dates.

I got the IPA in Toledo, OH in November for about $15, saw it at WF in Chicago for about the same. Its very good.

It's worth mentioning that Horny Devil isn't available as a sixer... it's Lil' Devil. The two beers are too graphically similar.

I have a friend who recently moved to Philadelphia. Long story short, he buys all his beer in NJ now. It is outrageous how pricey it can be in PA.

I've seen the 6-packs recently show up in Pennsylvania too but the bottles are months old. I'm not going to spend 15-16$ for old IPA's so it's a shame they came into new areas with old beer.

Boulevard also is a relatively new addition to stores near me but they are able to get beers onto the shelf much quicker.

I think most would make the same mistake at first. It could use a better design.

That is certainly the situation if you buy in smaller quantities (e.g., 6-packs, single bottles). If you are willing to purchase 12-packs or cases of 24 bottles/cans the prices in PA are more reasonable.

    Cheers!
