I thought it was a 'B-' experience overall. None of the beers were bad, but none really shone to me other than the CM. Best part of the whole deal for me was that they couldn't fulfill one of my orders due to a website glitch and gave me a Coconut Eclipse instead. Probably won't re-up on this one.

I agree B to B- overall experience with their first year. I live close so took advance of intermittent Growler fills as well. I'm giving it one more year, if no improvement it will most likely be my last year.

I didn't renew. Loved CM and the BART variant, but 2 out of 6 (7 including that single malt turd?) and high shipping costs didn't make it worth it to me

    Coffee BART is amazing.

I renewed BI for next year and dumped my hoarders membership. I also am close enough to stop in every month or so. Get a fill, talk to Alicia and have lunch. Any time I have a problem or question, she gets back to me right away. Compare that with the half dozen emails I have sent the bruery over that last few years and have never received a response. I enjoyed all the bottles throughout the year. Which is way more than I can say about my other membership. Looking forward to 2016!

Do they have a shipping option for the Eclipse Futures? What were the prices like if so

$55 for 19 bottles (to the Bay Area.) Ended up just picking them up at the release party, but that's what it would've been

They base it off 12 bottle shippers. I believe per shipper should be $20-30 easily.

A 12 bottle order was $35 to Orange County.

Is there anyone else who was in BI in 2015 that didn't receive their final allocations until recently? I flaked on this and simply didn't have them shipped. There is an email stating we needed to pick them up or have them shipped by sometime in February 2016, however it isn't really clear about the consequences of not doing so (in contrast to some of the BPT pick up terms which indicate that bottles not picked up will be surrendered). And before you say it - I have multiple messages out to them to see what can be done, however I haven't heard back...probably due to it being close to the holiday.

Was anyone able to purchase tickets for Eclipse Release Party? Could it have sold out in less than a second? I managed the wait list.

Brewers Intent, I doubt I will be renewing. Seems like they dump product there @ $25 a bottle (least in demand Eclipse, cherry annularity, Kludde on wood, a dipa in a barrel). No preferred status for the Eclipse party? Wow. I've been to every one, and looks like this will be the first I won't make it to. Last year it took over an hour to pickup bottles.

I remember when the first party was only 25 people, and tickets sat around for weeks.

Prolly for the better, I always end up spending $1g between tickets, room, bottles. A lot of cheaper alternatives out there now.

I gave it a second year but I'm not renewing either. I don't see a point in joining the club. Almost every beer they've offered has been available to the public. I'm not up there enough to use growler or discount privileges and they give no advantage to club members for the Eclipse party, and I struck out on tickets this year as well. And as mentioned, the party last year was fun, but it took an obscene amount of time to pickup bottles the next day. Nice folks, but not enough value to keep me invested in their club.
