All of pipeworks beers hit distro. The abductions usually hang around for a bit.

I picked one up at Liquor Park a couple days ago.

 

Lil Citra pouring at Kuma's Schaumburg for those wanting to try it. That includes me.

 

They had it at Bottles and Cans yesterday.

 

Saw on Instagram that PW is sending out more beta kegs of Lil Citra. Anyone know yet who might have these and when? Really want to try this one

 

I would assume to a lot of the same places that got the beta kegs in the past (Emporium, Hopleaf, Map Room).

Keep an eye on Untappd later today...I'm sure it'll start popping up.

 

Tried this yesterday. Really good citra based session IPA. Citra hops definitely shined, but thought the body was lacking a bit and that there was a slight watery taste to it, IMO. I know that's a typical issue with session IPA's, but maybe the malt bill could be upped just a bit to address. All in all, this will end up being a very crushable summer drinking brew.

 

Totally agree with that assessment of the beer. The aroma was great and it had nice citra flavor, but it was really watery. As it stands I can't see buying cans of these over Lizard King.

 

Drinking a Something Hoppy right now and man this might be in my top 5 Pdubs beers. That lemongrass and a little bit of vanilla creaminess. So good. Then again I'm a sucker for Sorachi Ace hops.

 

Was the Spotted Puffer release (12/28/15) the last weekly email that was sent out?

 

yes, and i believe all of the beers mentioned in the "on the horizon" section have been released (although not sure about cherry murderous).

 

Just picked one of these up at Binny's.

 

Only thing I know of for this week is fresh NvU. Anyone know what the other drops are this week?

 

Sounds like my distro is going to be bi-weekly, so hopefully all of the good stuff gets released on that schedule.. Hah!

Was able to pick up some Cherry Murderous, Something Hoppy, and Hello... this drop. I think also a Grand Gugnol but can't recall .. Don't have the bottle next to me =/

 

I think Cinnamon Abduction drops this week, not sure though.
