    Time for some hints. One variety has been guessed (it's Australian). One has not (fairly high AA at 10 to 12% and used in an East Coast Saison). It was massively dry hopped and no one is in the neighborhood yet. Hopped more like a double IPA in a single IPA ABV.

    I'm ok with guesses in ounces as well.

    Feel free to guess again.
