are you referring to the one that the label is floating around for? if so, that is the one that a group won via charity auction.

Cycle has Rickshaw DIPA back on. Hope they made a huge batch - absolutely love this stuff.

Nice, good to see people following through with their complaints.
Eventually prices will lower if the beers don't sell. Vielle is finally down to 7 bucks a bottle here. Or is that Surette...
Meanwhile Cascade is rotting away at 30 dollars a bottle, by the time they lower the prices those will all be vinegar.

Very much legit, bottles went to the charity winners, somewhere in the 400 bottle count range apparently. Also its not just AB Zhukov, it has vanilla beans in it as well. Released to them at a private event last Saturday. Plenty of pics on instagram

I don't think 400 people have 400 bottles, it went to the charity group, I think there is only around 50 people in it.

I was under the impression the bottle count was more like 120.

LOL if anyone thought for one second that they gave a shit about a charity when it came to getting these bottles I feel you are severely mistaken.

Brewery held an Auction for charity. Highest bidder was the winner. They got to pick whatever beer they wanted to brew, add whatever adjuncts to it, make the label, and get sole possession of the beer. Sounds like it's the WINNER'S beer and whatever they want to do with it is their business.

I can't imagine that Ccb will ever do this again. Basically the people that won are reselling in the secondary market, and while that money may go to charity, Ccb could have done this to raise more money for the charity too. Not to mention the Penis reference on the label...

From the pictures I've seen, it looked like 6 bottles per person in the group - and I continue to hear above 50 people.

I don't care if someone is willing to trade huge for one if they want to, but the re-selling on the black market is tasteless IMO. Wouldn't be surprised if they wrote off their investment too...

I'm surprised CCB didn't make it a condition that they couldn't sell them.

They could... but wouldn't be able to stop someone from trading it, then that person selling it.

I would imagine CCB didn't feel obligated to tell the group that they shouldn't resell the bottles due to the fact that any individual that resells them is breaking the law.

You guys are assuming its someone from the group, it could easily be someone from CCB.
