    A cellar pull to celebrate the impending addition to the family. She's a three week old yet to be named Cavachon. I have five weeks to brush up on my puppy training skills before she comes home. Then my beer consumption should really increase!

    This 2012 has flattened out a little but still packs some good bourbon flavor and heat. Perfect for the occasion and the falling temperatures. Cheers gang......

    I don't know about estrangement. I've looked at it more like we did a good job raising them and we're comfortable as they go out on their own.

    LUNCH! This is roasted eggplant salad or Yam Makeua Yao. I did not have a cooked egg to put any white and yellow on the plate like the Thai people would, so I used some leftover salmon and a bit of corn.

    Warning this uses nuac nam or fish sauce. That is what you think it is and it tastes good too! Right @Ozzylizard ? No real difference in the flavor of the dish between the chinese eggplant and the regular one.

    If you open the refrigerator and every kind of citrus fruit falls out onto the floor then you like to cook. Cheers!

    Bourbon Barreled Nocturnal stout from Earth Eagle (Portsmouth, NH). Super smooth, with a nice bourbon bite. Glad I got to try this on draft.
