But nothing that far into the month yet, so I am keeping my fingers crossed. Last year I was lucky and got to hit Santa Rosa during Younger week on my way back from Hawaii for work.

 

FYI that link provides info on last year's tappings. AFAIK the dates and times for 2016 aren't out yet.

 

All of those dates were from 2015. Nothing has been announced for 2016. We'll run a new list soon, but it'll probably be at least a week or two before we get working on it.

For now, let's focus on Melvin and enjoy 2x4 Day.

 

Don't worry, these events will be well publicized this year. There is a good chance the first tapping could be 3 weeks from today.

 

That timing works for me. In the meantime, it's also Stout Month.

Cheeky Monk tappings on Wednesday 2/24 @5pm and Saturday 2/27 @3pm. Haven't seen any other details yet if there are any.

So question for you guys who have done this before. I'm thinking about driving down to falling rock on Sunday to try and get some Younger. I can get there at 11 when they open, but not sure I can convince my Fiancée to wake up early enough to get there earlier. Will there be a line long enough to prevent me from getting some?

 

Last year I went to the Sunday tapping and arrived about 20-30 minutes prior to doors open. There was a pretty decent line already, but I was able to get a 'first dibs' ticket and I didn't get a sense I was near the cut-off point for a 'if there are leftovers' ticket. However, if i recall correctly, people at the back of the line when doors opened received the 'if there are leftovers' ticket. If you can sweet talk the lady, I would try and convince her to go a little early.

 

I'd find something better to do with the lady.

 

Oh she loves good beer, she just also likes to sleep in!
