The diorama was of a basement show they did before Slanted and Enchanted. Before they were cool. I was the only one at the show besides the band. They didn't even have instruments. It was amazing.

Had the new Anchor Go West Ipa last night, liked it.

I don't like doing that for a BiF. If it were just for me, whatever, but I feel weird repping Pgh beer to someone in Arizona and being like "oh, yeah. That's Voodoo beer in a X brewery growler". Just seems odd to me to do.

Anybody ever been to the Tired Hands Brew Cafe AND the Fermentaria? I've only been to the Fermentaria, and i really dug it, and i hate change and new things, so when i go out there in a few weeks i'm planning on only going to the Fermentaria, but if yunz think the brew cafe is cool i'd check it out because i respect yo motherfuckin opinions n'at.

Fermentaria is a cooler space. Like the Cafe, but it's more cramped--think it has an advantage when the weather is nice. Depending on the timing of your visit, and if you like to avoid people (I do), being alone upstairs at the Cafe is pretty cool.

Copy that, i wouldn't be rolling into Ardmore until probably 4ish. I'd bet the Cafe would be more cramped at that hour than the Fermentaria. I was at the Fermentaria around that time on my last visit last summer and it was very comfortable. Good service and good tacos. I'm ok with people though, maybe i'll give the Cafe a shot too.

The plan is to hit Forest and Main when they open, then end the night getting thrown out of one of the Tired Hands locations. I'm just kidding about getting thrown out of one of the Tired Hands locations don't report me.

So yinz like Forest and Main? I really liked that place.

I loved Forest & Main. When we visited both a while back in August, I actually preferred the food at Tired Hands but the beer at F&M. Both were good on both fronts though. Oat Potion at TH and Wegkomen at F&M were both on point.

The hits for me, iirc, were Reactionary at Tired Hands, and Saison Lunaire and Heartbeat Man at F&M. Every british style F&M had was great though. If i see either of those beers you mentioned i will give them a shot.

Only had the tacos at Tired Hands and onion rings at F&M. Ate a whole fucking pizza at Victory that morning. Gonna TRY to do brunch at Forest and Dinner a TH. We'll see if i remember to eat...
