Sounds like a straight up lie.

1. He says UPS can provide OP with tracking info based on his phone number. Talk about lazy. The OP shouldn't have to track down this number, @Zh78888 should have provided it or done the legwork to get it for him.

2. OP does the legwork himself anyway...contacts UPS and they have no pending boxes from him, though they can confirm two other shipments sent by @Zh78888 this month

So he's still shipping/trading, just not fulfilling his obligation to you then.

@Zh78888 You have the opportunity to make this right, but the window is closing. I can't speak for the mods but I reckon if you don't fulfill your end of the trade, you'll get banned and all your positive feedback with it.

 

Tough to see this. First time I've seen one of these threads with someone I've dealt with in the past. My deal with Zach had included a single can of NODA Hop Drop (just a side note to the main deal). Shortly after we both shipped, he informed me that UPS had damaged the box and only that 1 can of Hop Drop was destroyed. He intercepted the package locally and ended up surprising me by replacing it with a bottle of Omega Point instead. He was very communicative the whole way and only delayed the shipment by a day or so. Really hope he makes things right here as I had a pleasant experience with him on our last go.

 

I've worked with Zach as well and our deal went off without a hitch.

 

Maybe if you guys have a phone number to reach him and let him know about this thread?

 

Unfortunately I always clear out my inbox when a trade is complete and my FedEx history only goes back 90 days so I can no longer view the label I used to send to him.

I hope this gets worked out for the OP. Definitely seems like out of the ordinary behavior for @Zh78888

@rooskey379 it should be back today. in the meantime i lost my phone bc it turns out someone accidentally took it and i haven't gotten it back yet but i've been contacted at work.

if we want to display publicly what's been going on that's all well and good, but i hope that @rooskey379 takes this down or that @Preluderl can vouch for this. i've had dealings with several people that have turned into regular trading partners.

 

As I said before, I'm happy to vouch that I had a good experience trading with Zach and discussing North Carolina beer specifically Fonta Flora. He's always been up front with me.

 

This won't be coming down anytime soon, unless there's satisfaction on both sides of the party.

@Zh78888 no need to get defensive- take care of @rooskey379 and this can all move on.

 

You're only as good as your last trade, my friend. There are frequently two sides to each story - if you have one, I'd encourage to accept the trade request, make good on the trade agreement, & come back here to explain yourself.

 

Unfortunately, your credibility based off of past trades can't produce what's owed to @rooskey379 . that task falls solely on your actions now
