Went a couple of weeks ago on a Wednesday and walked in and out in 10 minutes.

I believe the last place to tap Tree House was Armsby during Zwanze Day. I believe Armsby will probably get the first keg whenever/if ever the day comes where a miracle happens and production exceeds demand

I'm glad you guys brought this up. I've drank one of each so far, and decided to space out the rest and let them develop in the can a bit. Two weeks is going to be tough though!

Quick math equals ~1,300 through the line today. Safe to say the crazy crowds weren't just due to the holidays, and casual Saturday's with an opportunity to buy more that 4-6 cans are no more.

Hope all this success can accelerate the timeline of their next expansion - weather that's extra tanks, that pizza brewpub, or something crazy I don't even know about.

I'm calling it. Very Hazy either this week or next week!

BTW, I yearn for the day that I can get more than 8 Green on a Wednesday.

Maybe it's because I'm hungry right now, but a Tree House pizza brewpub would be one of the most amazing things in the world! Draft Tree House beer and pizza. I mean they make amazing beer. Imagine what the pizza will taste like! Om nom nom!

I don't know if they will keep up with this new trend of banger DIPAs every few weeks, but it would be awesome to see very hazy soon. For limited IPAs i think we can expect to see jjjulius or impermanence looking at the EBF lineup. Question about Impermanence, was that listed last year also for EBF, and then never showed up? Or am I thinking of something else?

I think the one from last year was called Beginner's Mind.

It certainly wasn't 10 minutes yesterday. Over 100 people in line...maybe 150 when I got there at 12:25 or so. Line was 40-45 minutes. Some regulars said it was very unusual for a Wednesday.

Sadly, I think this is going to become the usual.

I got in line right around 2:45 and it only took 15-20 mins.

Yesterday I arrived at 5:30 and was back on the road with my full allotment at 5:38. Starting to really love going on Wednesdays. As long as I leave my office by 4, I skip the majority of the Pike traffic and the entire roundtrip is just a hair under 3hrs. No idea why people line up on Wednesdays. Have they ever run out of beer or lowered limits on a Wednesday before? The only reason to line up early or go at open is if it is the only time that works for your schedule or you want to snag leftovers from Saturday (which never really happens anymore).

This topic is getting beat to death. Some people like going early on Wednesday, and don't mind the extra wait. Good on them. The positive there is that it allows others to get in and out faster later on.

If they ever released a new/mega beer on a Wednesday, I could see it selling out in 6 hours, even if they have enough for 1500 people. Luckily, they seem to get it and Wednesdays are more for standard things. Of which, Green and Haze are two of the most popular so yesterday's lines don't surprise me.

Even if they doubled volume, I doubt the craze would die down much. Awesome beer + craft beer craze + social media = welcome to 2016.

Trailmagic for growlers only it looks like. Interested to try a lager from Treehouse.

Interested to see if they move that third canning run to Fridays instead of Thursdays

Given all the recent complaints about cans not lasting till Saturday I wouldn't be surprised if they start doing canning runs on Friday/Saturday instead of Thurs/Fri.

Could help with the sparsity issues they've been having on Saturdays.

I wonder if they care one way or the other... they're selling 100% of the beer they make. Selling it all early probably doesn't hurt them.

Thats what I was thinking, people will complain no matter what they do. They open at 11am on Saturday seems kind of a quick turn around for cans but I guess they do it on Wednesday with only an extra hour.

They definitely don't like turning people away at 3pm on the weekends because they ran out of beer, and they've said (either here or Twitter I believe) that they're working on ideas to address the issue. While they do sell out every week, the canning schedule trend since October / November has made it nearly impossible for people who can't make trips during the week to get more than 4-6 cans on the weekend, with only 1-2 draft offerings for growlers.
