I know this is a bit late, but I just went there with my wife last weekend on one of her birthday stops. Their beer is legit. The Belgian IPA is fantastic and their different aging of Indignant was on par with any stout I've had.

I will give a Shout out to "Beer Advocate"! It's free, fun and a great source of information. And . . . . . it's way better than watching TV. :grinning:

Yeah, that University City Science Center has been a great incubator for start up companies like Invisible Sentinal and I remember hearing about that partnership when it was first proposed. Really pleased to see it's bearing fruit.

    Shout out to Two Roads!

I work at a small bottle shop in Brooklyn, NY. In 2014, their brand was new but doing really well in this borough. They invited folks from their accounts for a day at the brewery. They picked us up at the train station, Brewmaster Phil led a tasting with a q&a after. Then there was lots of food, more beer, a full tour of the facilities and MORE BEER! They were so nice and their beer is damn good. I had a bunch of their Octoberfest that day, they should can it! The place is great, go visit if you have the chance!

Shout out to Deschutes. Cracked open a bottle of 2014 Dissident and the top of the bottle came off with the cap. Ran it through a coffee filter (several glass shards found). Still drank it...good stuff. Contacted them and refund check is in the mail.

Shout out to stone and lagunitas. Both created bourbon aged stouts that were very good and under $10 for a bomber. I'm talking about woot stout and high westified. Oh, and Epic's big bad baptist is barely more than 10 bucks, so shout out to them as well. $10.99 is close enough. Now they need to make more.

A NC shout out to Sierra Nevada for being one of the pioneers and keeping it on a steady keel for decades (plus opening a state of the art brewery near Asheville) and to Wicked Weed for being a great, adventurous brewer and taking it to new heights! Cheers!

Could not agree more. I reviewed Jammer honestly and the results were not good. Sixpoint reached out to me thanking me for my feedback and vowing to make things right.

I was blown away by their response and their effort to engage me as a continued consumer. They do everything right even when I think they make a beer that is subpar. Huge shout out!

One more shout out to Sierra Nevada. Their bottles consistently, clearly and predictably (always in the same place) list a born on date and an ABV. I love knowing this info quickly without a decoder ring.

Shout out to the organizers and brewers who show up every July in Selinsgrove for the Hops, Vines & Wines Festival. Worth the two mile walk to sample for four hours and get to taste new beers.

Shout out to Terrapin. I bought some of their beer and realized when I got it home I t was way passed its best by date. Just to give them a heads up I shot them an email. They responded extremely fast and took my info. A few days later I recieved a package in the mail with a tee shirt and a few other goodies. Awesome customer service. Wasn't even their fault and they went above and beyond. Cheers!

I'd like to give a shoutout to the whole NYC scene in general.

Other Half will be celebrating two years this weekend. Grimm has been crushing it! Singlecut and Finback have been welcome additions. Transmitter and Three's as well. And more and more bottle shops are opening up. The scene here is really burgeoning.
