These answers are making me feel pretty good about the beers I've experienced, haha.

I guess I haven't tried 74 of them, according to this list at least: http://www.beeradvocate.com/lists/fame/. The only one that really surprises me is not trying Allagash Interlude. The remaining 73 I'd have to go seriously out of my way for, so I doubt I'll even hit 200 out of 250.

I'd say the biggest classics that I really want to try are the Westvleteren's and Dark Lord (though a lot of people have told me Dark Lord is overrated).

Sadly a lot! Westy's, Heady, RR sours, any 3F, Cantillon, anything from Surly, Cascade, Founders Harvest Ale, MoaS. Also lots of imperial stouts like Abyss, Abraxas, Dragon's Milk, BCBS variants, not to mention most classic British beers.

I have some atonement to do.

I thought "classics" would mean beers on the beer of fame list. Alot mentioned here seen really really new.

For me, it's Heady and PtY. had PtE when I was out in CA. Went to St. Sixtus, Westy 12 was everything I expected, incredible... So much so, I had a few too many and fell off my bike as we were riding back to Poperinge. Not a wise decision to get on it... Great time, however.

I'm under the impression I am the only person who passed on Westy 12 for $150+ a sixer when it came to Toledo a few years ago

Looking down the Top 250 list there are many in the top 25 that I have not yet tried, but the one that stands out for me is Westy 12.

Arrogant Bastard is no longer a part of Stone I believe. But do try it, it was one of the most balanced beers ive had. Hops and malt in harmony.

Ten Fidy is also great. The first time I tried it I drain poured it. I had another the next day but much warmer temp. And it was delicious. Something about it being too cold makes the alcohol overpowering.

Nugget Nectar i didnt really enjoy, but that was also a few years ago when i wasnt appreciating IPAs yet. Now I love them, I should try it again.

In other words, start knocking these off your list!

Just picked up Nugget Nectar and Ten Fidy today. I walk in and theres about 8 cases of nugget nectar in front of me. I was so happy because it sells out QUICK here. And it was one of the most sought after beers when i joined this site. I saw Arrogant Bastard but passed it up because i have a beer budget and im waiting to see C.r.e.a.m. i may go grab some Stone tomorrow though if im bored to make the trip.

Ten Fidy is very nice, though. Thick and dark-fruity.

I finally tried Ten Fidy myself just recently out here in CA. It's really tasty for sure, but for the QPR I think I'll stick to Old Rasputin.

Hmm...I recall seeing lots of Stone stuff where I was in central NJ. AB is good...Oaked AB is my favorite over any of the other variants. Good luck in your hunt. I know a few places you could check...PM me.
